The Complete Process

We do the work. You get the refunds.

Step 1:

The Letter of Authorization (attached above) should be put on your letterhead and signed. Please return a signed Agreement for Services. Also, attached above is a list of documents we require to start recovering your Insurance Premiums.

Step 2:

We contact the necessary agencies to gather the paperwork needed to complete our audit. We try to complete all steps with minimal use of your time. Americaā€™s Business Coach will complete a comprehensive report of our findings to submit for your review and approval.

Step 3:

We submit our findings to you for review prior to sending it to your insurance carrier(s). We then do all of the necessary follow-up until you receive your refund check or premium credit. Only then will you pay for our service. If there is no refund or credit, there is NO FEE.

Worker's Compensation Insurance Audit Review

Our in-house workers' compensation experts will perform a hands-on review of over 40 factors that affect your annual premium. We use people to do the work, not software programs, to assure that no stone is unturned in recouping your money (up to three prior years). We will secure a refund or credit on your behalf with little of your time.
